20 What kind of experience do you have brazing or soldering parts to repair defective joints and leaks?
21 Give me an example of when you thought outside of the box. How did it help your employer?
22 What is the key to success when communicating with the public.
23 Share an example when you effectively scheduled work with customers and initiated work orders, house requisitions and orders from stock.
24 Tell me about the last time you mounted compressor, condenser, and other components in specified locations on frames, using hand tools and acetylene welding equipment.
25 How do you balance cooperation with others and independent thinking? Share an example. (Try to determine if the candidate has a cooperative attitude or is otherwise good-natured.)
26 Share your approach to estimate, order, pick up, deliver, and install materials and supplies needed to maintain equipment in good working condition.
