3 What kind of experience do you have performing support duties to assist painters, paperhangers, plasterers, or masons?
4 What is the most challenging part of applying protective coverings such as masking tape to articles or areas that could be damaged or stained by work processes?
5 How do you balance cooperation with others and independent thinking? Share an example. (Try to determine if the candidate has a cooperative attitude or is otherwise good-natured.)
